In some cases, for example, for the delivery of large and heavy auto parts (eg car bumper, car doors) or bulk purchases in Poland, we use delivery on pallets.   If you want to receive over 30 kg parcels, contact us first. We will be able to offer the best price for the delivery of the parcel to your country.

• Can I send a parcel to your address using Cash on Delivery (COD)?   In this case, contact us first.

• Which carrier will deliver my shipment?   ParcelPoland.com works with almost all transport companies.   We try to find the most optimal price for sending your parcel.   Our main partners are GLS/DPD/DHL   These are companies with a worldwide reputation and an excellent reputation.   Every day we send hundreds of purchases from various Polish stores around the world.   Thanks to cooperation with these companies, the percentage of problems with delivery is equal to Zero.

• Can you send all my purchases in one package?   Yes. It is possible. It is enough to indicate in the comment to the order that you want to send everything in one parcel.

  This saves a lot of money on international shipping.  Imagine a situation if you bought 5 or 10 different items on allegro. Each seller will calculate the delivery separately for each item.
